Welcome to Waves of Fun Travel LLC ("Waves of Fun Travel," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting quotes, submitting forms, booking travel, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

  1. Travel Advisor Services

Waves of Fun Travel LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel insurance providers.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control any travel supplier and are not responsible for the actions, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, injuries, losses, or damages caused by any supplier.

  1. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing, promotions, availability, cabin assignments, and travel options are subject to change without notice by the travel supplier.

Quotes provided by Waves of Fun Travel are estimates based on information available at the time of quoting and are not guaranteed until booked and confirmed by the supplier.

Prices may vary based on:

Cabin category

Occupancy

Promotions

Loyalty status

Travel dates

Taxes and fees

Add-on purchases

Supplier inventory

A quote does not constitute a reservation unless specifically confirmed by the supplier.

  1. Cabin Holds and Reservations

When requested, Waves of Fun Travel may place a temporary hold on a cabin or travel reservation.

Holds are time-sensitive and expire according to supplier rules. Once a hold expires, pricing, availability, cabin location, promotions, and dining assignments may change.

Waves of Fun Travel cannot guarantee that an expired hold can be reinstated.

  1. Traveler Information

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

Legal names

Dates of birth

Contact information

Loyalty numbers

Citizenship information

Special accommodation requests

Incorrect information may result in supplier penalties, denied boarding, cancellation, or additional fees.

Any costs resulting from inaccurate information are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

  1. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

Passports

Visas

Identification

Vaccination records (if required)

Entry documentation

Waves of Fun Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

  1. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Waves of Fun Travel may provide travel insurance options or referrals; however, the decision to purchase or decline insurance remains the traveler's responsibility.

If insurance is declined, the traveler assumes all risks associated with cancellation penalties, medical emergencies, travel interruptions, supplier bankruptcy, weather disruptions, and other unforeseen events.

  1. Payment and Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to the payment schedules, cancellation policies, and terms established by the travel supplier.

Failure to make payments by supplier deadlines may result in:

Cancellation

Loss of deposits

Rebooking fees

Changes in pricing

Loss of promotions

Waves of Fun Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties.

  1. Booking Transfers

Waves of Fun Travel may accept qualifying booking transfers from cruise lines or other suppliers when permitted by supplier policies.

Not all bookings are eligible for transfer.

Waves of Fun Travel does not accept transfers from another travel advisor's booking.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waves of Fun Travel LLC shall not be liable for:

Supplier errors or omissions

Travel delays

Schedule changes

Mechanical failures

Acts of God

Weather events

Government actions

Illness or injury

Lost baggage

Missed connections

Supplier bankruptcy

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid directly to Waves of Fun Travel LLC.

  1. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Submit false information

Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

Use the website for unlawful purposes

Interfere with website operations

We reserve the right to restrict access or refuse service at our discretion.

  1. Communication
